If you miss your call, you will not be refunded for any reason. If I miss your call, I will refund your payment in full plus 10% as a courtesy - or we can reschedule.

Please note that all 15 minute calls are recorded and the lessons from the summarized transcript may be shared publicly (in a way that protects your privacy) to benefit others. If your call is urgent or confidential, please consider booking a 30-60 minute consulting call instead.
